How to Request Tickets:
Requests for tickets are to be submitted online by filling out the request form below or by calling us at 877-747-8383. Please request tickets using your legal name as it appears on your photo identification. A representative from our audience team will call you to book the tickets requested. Please note that submitting a request DOES NOT confirm your ticket(s) to a taping. Tickets are only confirmed after you have spoken with a representative of the audience team or received an e-mail confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email to print out or bring on your smartphone for the day of the show.
Seating / Check-In:
There may be a wait time standing in line before entering the studio. You may bring items to assist those unable to stand for long periods of time, but please make sure these items are able to fit underneath your seat. While waiting on the sidewalk, restroom facilities will not be available until you have completed the check-in process. Please know that all efforts will be made to seat parties together; however, we may be required to split up your group due to seating configurations. Entrance into the studio is not based upon the order ticket holders and their guests arrive.
Age Limit / Identification:
All guests MUST be at least 18 years of age and show a valid physical photo ID with proof of age. Acceptable forms of identification are: passport, driver’s license, state ID, Military ID, and school ID with date of birth. If you arrive on the day of the taping without proper identification you will not be permitted into studio.
All bags and purses are subject to screening and search. You will be screened by Security and will go through a metal detector. Please notify our staff immediately of any medical conditions that may disrupt that process. You are NOT permitted to bring sharp objects, weapons, or mace/pepper spray into the studio. Cell phones are permitted, however, phones must be turned OFF during tapings.

Individuals with Disabilities:
We are committed to making The Steve Wilkos Show equally accessible to persons with disabilities. If you or anyone in your party requires accommodation because of accessibility to attend the show, please let us know when you call to book your tickets or before the show date. We provide accessible seating (including companion seating) and other accommodations at all tapings to persons with disabilities however, the availability of accessible seating cannot be assured if the number of audience members requiring accessible seating on any given taping day exceeds the allotted number of seats. Reservations for accessible seating will be held until the scheduled arrival time. Any remaining, unreserved accessible seating will be available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests with service animals should call 877-747-8383 before the taping date to ensure sufficient space for the service animal.
Dress your best! You’re going to be on TV! We expect everyone to dress appropriately in business casual attire. Solid jewel-toned colors (blues, reds, greens, etc.) look best on camera! Please avoid wearing white clothing. The dress code is strictly enforced. Please do not wear t-shirts, jerseys, sweatshirts, sweatpants, sports attire, tank tops, costumes, hats, logos, brand names, decals, or any other clothing that may be inappropriate for our studio audience. Entrance may be denied if dress code is not adhered to.
Can I take photos?
You can take photos on your cell phone before the taping of the show begins, cameras or other recording device usage will not be permitted in the studio.
How long is the taping?
You should expect to be at the studio for a total of three to four hours from your arrival time. You are required to stay for the entire taping of the show.
How much are the tickets?
Studio tickets are free.
How do I get to the studio?
General Audience members are responsible for their own transportation to and from our studio. The Steve Wilkos Show does not reimburse for travel expenses and lost wages.
Where should I stay?
There are many hotels in Stamford and the surrounding areas. We suggest going online and choosing accommodations that best suit you.
What if my show has been rescheduled?
Show times and dates are subject to change at any time. The Steve Wilkos Show does not reimburse for travel/hotel expenses due to show cancellations. Tickets have no cash value.
Where is the studio?
We are located at 307 Atlantic Street, Stamford, CT. 06901. Check-in is at this location and parking is located at the back of the studio. Parking is $1 per hour or $10 for the day (until 11:59 PM). Cash and credit cards are accepted for parking fees.
